SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that all order(s) received after 2.00 PM EST on a Friday will be shipped out the following Monday. Overnight orders received after 2.00 PM EST on Friday, or on a Saturday/Sunday, will also be shipped out the following Monday.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF US)

Please note: If you are purchasing from our website and shipping outside of the U.S., you will encounter a customs or duty fee. This is not under the control of Rebecca de Ravenel and this fee will be dependent on your country. Please be advised that Rebecca de Ravenel is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international or domestic shipments.

 

DDP SHIPMENT

Items are shipped on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis and all prices shown include the relevant import taxes and duties (where the individual product or total order value is over the relevant country duty threshold). 

You will find the duty cost itemized in the checkout process. If you have any questions or believe you are being overcharged for duty and taxes, please email info@rebeccaderavenel.com and we will happily investigate for you.

 

RECYCLING
